Bangaram and Kadmat both appear in official tourism material, but the current evidence supports different booking paths. Bangaram has a current first-party hotel page. Kadmat is described through Administration island and package pages.

Choose Bangaram when the hotel-led chain is complete

Bangaram’s current IHCL page gives travellers a first-party hotel source. Use it to confirm the live room result, selected rate, meals, permit assistance, hotel contact and cancellation conditions.

The island still depends on a confirmed connection through Agatti. A room result without both transfer sectors is incomplete.

Choose Kadmat when the package-led chain is current

The Administration describes tourist huts and the Marine Wealth Awareness Programme for Kadmat. It also lists water-sports infrastructure on the island.

Treat those pages as descriptions of the format. Ask the official booking source to confirm current dates, travel sectors, island nights, room category, meals, included activities, permit support and return connection.

Activities do not settle the comparison

Both official island descriptions mention scuba diving. The sources reviewed do not provide a comparable live schedule, instructor roster, dive-site list, equipment condition or sea-state forecast. It would be misleading to rank one island’s current diving above the other from these pages.

Compare quotations line by line

Use the same checklist for both islands:

1. legal supplier and payment recipient;
2. exact room or hut category;
3. meals and taxes;
4. mainland sector;
5. onward and return island sectors;
6. permit assistance and charges;
7. included and optional activities;
8. cancellation and disruption terms.
